The Evolution Concept
As a fitness enthusiast and gym member, premier trained Personal Trainer, Kevin Wallace, created Evolution Personal Training out of the need for a truly personalised training and well-being service. His vision is to offer a helping hand to everyone seeking to get fit and healthy no matter what their level. His ethos is about helping people – ensuring that the knowledge and expertise he and his team have gained over many years can be of benefit to others. Evolution offers a wide range of personalised programmes that are undertaken with specialist support and guidance. We help you to achieve your dreams and realise your goals whether to improve posture, train for the marathon, lose weight or generally just be healthier.
Kevin
A friendly ex footballer and new Triathlete who can deliver fun and exciting training sessions. Worked in Athens 2004 who has a vast experience in Training.

Experience
Kevin’s qualifications in the fitness industry are at the highest level. A registered personal trainer on the Register of Exercise Professionals (REPS) at level 3 ensures his commitment to the latest thinking and techniques in the industry. Kevin has a diverse client base from busy mums to celebrities and sports personalities, and has the ability to train you at YOUR level and get the results you deserve. A friendly approach makes the experience even more enjoyable, whilst ensuring you are getting the best from your workouts.
Being a fully qualified masseur, Kevin can treat you for sports injuries or a relaxing Swedish massage and provide you with rehab exercises to get you back to peak performance in the quickest time possible. A flexible mobile service makes this very convenient.
Kevin is a member of the Register of Nutritional Therapists (MRNT) and can help you with diet and nutrition advice to accompany your training or weight loss campaign.
Mo
Mo is our coach for the Evolution Running Club beginners group. She has been keen on sport, health and nutrition for many years and regularly attends classes such as yoga, body balance, aerobics, body combat and kick boxing. Her other hobbies are golf and photography. She took up running five years ago and when training for the Windsor Half Marathon used to regularly run 40 miles a week. She has done two half marathons and numerous 10k and 5k charity races including Race for Life, Dorney Dash and Legoland.
Mo will always make sure her group have plenty of fun and will be very welcoming and encouraging to all new and current members! She is delighted that one of her lady members has lost three stone in six months since joining the Evolution running club. She is also our social secretary so get you party shoes on!
Jo Debs
Jo assists Slow Mo in the Evolution Running Club, but takes the more advanced runners in the group.
She is a keen netballer, as well as a member of the WSEH Athletics Club where she does javelin, running and hurdling. She is also a dancer and keeps fit by running away from all of the boys!
Jo has also won a number of modelling competitions and has a fantastic photographic portfolio.
Jon Cooke
Jon is a State Registered Physiotherapist with over five years experience. As well as us mere mortals, Jon works with elite athletes and is physiotherapist at what he calls a top London Premiership Football club.

Elsa Curran
Elsa is a qualified personal trainer, as well as working for British Airways. Elsa has run for WSEH A.C for over 10 years on a national level, both on the track and the road.
Elsa is qualified in many aspects of personal training including pre & post natal exercise, circuits, nutrition and fitness for older people. She has also practised Yoga for over six years.
Lorraine Flower
Lorraine has worked as a life coach for the past 8 years. She combines mental, physical, emotional and spiritual components facilitating individuals to acknowledge, value and work with the vast resources available to them, both within themselves and externally, to achieve greater personal success and well-being
Lorraine’s approach is friendly and informal whilst being supportive and challenging. She works with the whole person within the context of their complete life goals…
Qualifications/Experience
Lorraine is an MBA and a fellow of the Chartered Management institute. She has nearly 30 years of business experience 20 of which was in major blue chip organisations at senior management and Director level.
She is accredited in Myers Briggs Psychometric profiling.
She is a Reiki Master, flower essence therapist and practitioner of North American Indian ceremony and healing. She is accredited in Brandon Bays Journey work and also works with Inner Child therapy.
Her current personal development includes participation in a 2 year structured esoteric study programme based on Alice Bailey’s work, a 3 year creative meditation programme and regular personal ‘coaching’/supervision.
Caz Erlstedt
As a fully qualified trainer with over 10 years in the industry, Caz's aim is to help you to achieve your fitness goals whatever they may be. She genuinely enjoys what she does and as such has endless enthusiasm encouraging you, even on those days when you really don’t feel like training.

Maria Kyiacou
Maria is a qualified Personal Trainer and Sports Massage Therapist. She's outgoing and enjoys being around all ages. She is a keen snowboarder and loves to dance. Maria will work with you as an individual, giving you a personalised programme that will help break your old boundaries whilst keeping you confident and dedicated so you can achieve all your goals.

Dominique Held
Dominique is our coach for the Intermediate group in the Running Club. She has been running for more than 3 years and has done a number of organized runs such as the Dorney 10 K and Peterborough Half Marathon.
Her Intermediate Group is run with German efficiency but FUN will always be first topic of the agenda. In order to make it interesting every week she tries to find new routes regularly, sometimes even on the way!
Dominique will always make sure that nobody stays behind and runs on their own so if you are not sure of your level but are not a beginner then this group is ideal for you
